About Hargett Leasing

Hargett Leasing specializes in accelerated leasing at apartment communities with low occupancy.

Hargett Leasing was founded by Michael Hargett in 1993 with no money and no investors.  The odds are against such a new venture, but we beat those odds and were proud to recently celebrate our 30th anniversary in business.

Our specialty is on-site lease-ups where we usually double our clients leasing numbers (sometimes triple if maintenance keeps up).  We also offer consulting services, employee training and shopping reports.

We have many satisfied customers and our clients invariably hire us  a second time.
